Greetings! I created Sauced PDX (formerly How Roux’d) because I genuinely love condiments and sauces. I realize it's a strange hobby to have a condiment blog, but I figure there has to be someone out there who's halfway amused by my ramblings. I'm not a professional chef or cook - just an everyday sauce fanatic.

I added cocktails to the mix because I’m a sucker for a refreshing libation in a pretty glass. I haven’t been overly interested in cocktail making in the past, but 2020 has brought out my inner mixologist.
